On January 6, 2010, Wudalianchi Political Consultative Conference convenes the sixth session of the seventh committee in the auditorium.
      The members from all walks of life of the Political Consultative Conference of Wudalianchi came together to fulfill the obligations of political consultation, democratic supervision, political participation and discussion and discuss matters of vital importance.
       Chen Xiaojie, vice-chairman of Heihe Political Consultative Conference, Fan Zhiguo, secretary of Wudalianchi Municipal Committee, Xu Fei, mayor of Wudalianchi Municipal People’s Government, Jia Shuguo, chairman of Wudalianchi Political Consultative Conference, Wang Zhiwu, Wang Fei, Liu Yinglong, vice-chairman of Wudalianchi Political Consultative Conference, Chu Xiangdong, secretary-general of the conference, were seated in  front of the rostrum.
       Leaders of the city Zhang Zhongliang, Zheng Yijian, Yang Jianbo, Liu Zitao, Zhu Fulin, Zhu Haomin, Huang Yunling, Qiao Yuqing, Ding Baoquan, Wei Jinghua, Zhu Zhiyong, Yang Zhixing, Li Zhaochen, Wu Xiaoguang, all the previous chairman and vice-chairman of Political Consultative Conference, the leaders of law court, procuratorate and municipal general labour union, the person in charge of the old cadres, were seated in the rostrum.
      One hundred and eighty one commissaries were supposed to attend the conference, one hundred and sixty six came, which is correspond to the quorum.
      At eight thirty a.m., the conference was opened ceremoniously with the sound of the majestic national anthem.
     Wang Zhiwu, vice-chairman of Wudalianchi Political Consultative Conference, presided over the assembly.
      On behalf of Heihe Municipal Committee, Chen Xiaojie, vice-chairman of Heihe Political Consultative Conference, expressed her congratulations on the convening of the sixth session of the seventh committee of Wudalianchi Political Consultative Conference and hope of the work of Wudalianchi Political Consultative Conference.
       Jia Shuguo delivered the work report. In the year of 2010, the general guiding pinciples of the work of Wudalianchi Political Consultative Conference is as follows. Under the strong leadership of Municipal Committee, the spirit of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Pary of China, the Third and Fourth Plenary Session of the Seventeenth Party Central Committee and the Central Economic Work Meeting should be comprehensively implemented. Leading officials at all levels must firmly put into practice the guiding principles and arrangements of the eleventh plenary of the sixth Municipal Committee, fully implement the concept of scientific development, promote economic and social development, upgrade the image and make contributions to all-round development of social undertakings of our city.
