On February 3, 2010, 13 people of farm and land reclamation administration Bei'an substation came to Wudalianchi to enhance mutual understanding, intensify friendship and seek joint development.
       Yu Jianhua, deputy director of Bei'an substation, eight directors of the farms located within the region of Wudalianchi, leaders of Wudalianchi Fan Zhiguo, Xu Fei, Zhang Zhongliang, Jia Shuguo, Yang Zhixing, Wang Zhiwu,Yu Xingmei, Zhao Zhongxue and representatives of villages and towns were present at the regional economic forum.
       Representatives from both sides expressed an earnest and sincere feeling and communicated with each other in a cordial and friendly atmosphere. Since the carrying out of the joint development work of farms and the city of Wudalianchi,  the two sides have developed a strong feeling of brotherhood. The elder brother of the state farm gave full play to the great potential of mechanized production, played a leading role in land reclamation demonstration and played a positive role in the promotion of joint development of agricultural reclamation enterprises and those of the local government and the rapid development of the local economy of Wudalianchi. The achievements of the agricultual economy of Wudalianchi is credited to Bei'an substation of agricultural reclamation.
      In recent years, the joint development work of farms and the city of Wudalianchi acquired great achievement. Only in 2009, four Science and Technology Demonstration Garden District and 20 thousand Mu standardized model fields have been built. The draft of the joint development of Longzhen and Longzhen Farm has been worked out. The field of joint development got expanded and extended.
      At the beginning of the new year, the social and economic development of Wudalianchi will be faster and better. Wudalianchi will suport the work, learn experience from farms and is willing to establish friendly relations of cooperation on a long-term and sustainable basis, to realize mutual benefit and a win-win situation.
      The directors of the eight farms and the leaders of Wudalianchi Agriculture Commission, Bureau of Education and villages and towns spoke in succession. They spoke highly of the positive effect of establishing contacts and partnerships with each other and hope to further strengthen communication and cooperation in terms of joint development.
