On March 2, 2010, Wudalianchi Municipal Government convenes the first Executive Meeting.
        Xu Fei, deputy secretary of Wudalianchi Municipal Committee, mayor of Wudalianchi Municipal Government presided over the meeting.
        The conference disscussed the implementation of the investment promotion work of 2010, the devise of incentives, accountability, goals and system of encouragements and penalties, preferential policies concerning investment promotion and capital attraction, a number of the policies encouraging investment of Zhanhe Industrial district, the views of speeding up the development of non-public economy, how to better improve the funding mechanism of village-level organizations, the implementation of the new farmland shelterbelt program. The conference conveyed the spirit of the safe production work meeting and the spirit of the speech delivered by Vice Premier Li Keqiang when he inspected State Family Planning Commission.
        After seriously discussed the implementation of the investment promotion work, Xu Fei stressed: All units and departments should further emancipate the mind. Under the leadership of Municipal Committee and Government, investment promotion work must firmly be implemented. Moreover, we should improve work efficiency, simplify procedures and further clarify the direction of investment. The leading projects of soda water and mineral water must be vigorously developed. Private capital investment should be actively encouraged, we must learn investment experience from other cities and towns so as to achieve better and faster development of our city.
