Project Introduction: The geographic coordinates of Wudalianchi is that northern latitude is 48°. It is an excellent dairy cattle raising place, which has got the international recognition. The grass covers an area of 2600000 mu, which can help produce more than 1 million tons of grass per year. The dairy factory of Wudalianchi is located in the east of the industrial  area of the city. There is only 1 kilometers far away from the urban area. Because of misgovern, the factory has stopped production. Whereas, the workshop and equipment are in good condition and can be used again.
Construction Scale and Major Contents: manufacturing 300 tons of fresh milk per day. Constructing a dairy cattle raising base, which can raise 20 thousand dairy cattles.
Investment Scale: The total investment of the project is 140 million Yuan. The fixed fund investment is 120 million Yuan. The floating fund investment is 20 million Yuan.
Investment Profits: After the project is finished, the total income is 320 million Yuan per year. The profit is 21 million Yuan. The sales tax and other fees is 9 million Yuan.
