Wudalianchi belongs to the frigid and temperate zone continental monsoon climate. At present, the buildings of the urban area of Wudalianchi all use centralized heat addition system. In virtue of the rapid development of the construction of the city, the present heat addition system need to be extended. The development project of thermoelectricity is the requirement for the future development of Wudalianchi. Construction Scale: Building a thermal power station include a 1200 meters long heat supply pipeline and a 6×35t/h stove.

Investment Profits: After the project is finished, the total income is 96 million Yuan per year. The profit is 15 million Yuan.
