Project Introduction: Erlongshan forestry station is the major area for the project to be carried out. Erlongshan forestry station was built in 1978, located in 40 kilometers east of Wudalianchi. The geographic coordinates is that east longitude is 126°39′26″-127°4′2″ and northern latitude is 48°27′24″-48°32′34″. The total area of Erlongshan forestry station is 9730 hectares. Heilongjiang Province is the important commodity grain base and dairy cow base of the whole country. Taking advantage of the resources of the dairy cow, grass and climate develop the livestock raising project and improve the living standard of the peasants. With the rapid development of the society and the improvement of people’s living standard, the consumption amount of milk has increased enormously. Wudalianchi is one of the most important bases of dairy husbandry of the whole country. Dairy husbandry is the most significant project of our city, which provide guarantee for this project to be carried out.
Construction Scale and Major Contents: At present, the dairy cow can breed more than 2000 cows producing fresh milk 10000 tons per year.
Investment Scale: The total investment of the project is 50 million 285 thousand Yuan. The fixed fund investment is 30 million 285 thousand Yuan. The floating fund investment is 20 million Yuan.
Investment Profits: After the project is finished, the total income is 25 million Yuan. The profit is 8 million Yuan.
